Following sth a posted before, here goes a list of things that you shouldn't have because they are the equivalent of injecting fat to your body:
1.Rice
2. Sodas
3. bread (some cereals, the same thing)
4. Ice cream
Well I guess you already know about all the others but I mention these ones because:
If you are only a bit overweight trying to loose the last few extra pounds in your body and you drink a soda everyday, let's say a coke, no matter how healthy u r trying to eat, u will probably maintain the same weight.
If you have a lot of rice with your main meal u will probably gain weight. That doesn't mean u have to quit on it, just replace it and reduce the quantity so u can have some everyday, your body needs the carbs, but not tons of them.
About bread (cereal in some cases) is like you are injecting fat to your body, if u can, don't eat it anymore and if what u have for breakfast is cereal, search for the healthier ones, again in a measured quantity.
Ice cream is the worst one, you will gain weight from one day to another, it depends, if u r having a super healthy diet u might maintain, but if u r starting new eating habits you'll be frustrated, because after all the effort u put in the last 3 days u will weight your self and notice you have at list a couple more pounds.

Another thing, don't weight your self everyday. That will only make u feel anxious. Try once a week and as u all know at the same time in the same balance.

Even only a few months ago i wouldn't even dear to wear a tank top in public, trust me, i looked awful on them. Even worst, shorts and panties??? I didn't even had that in my closet and i wouldn't even dream on wearing them.
Last thing to say: You can do anything you set your mind into, go ahead, be who you wanna be!!! :)
